Shri Anil Bordia Scholarship

The Anil Bordia Scholarship is awarded annually to those Shabhagis of Doosra Dashak (DD) who wish to pursue higher education. Fund for scholarship is available by the interest accrued on corpus funds donated by Sh. Bordia family for the purpose. The selection of adolescents is based on their long association with DD and their financial constraints. The scholarship was started with an initial corpus of Rs. 5.00 lakhs to provide for 4 girls, which has now increased to a corpus of Rs. 40 lakhs (approx.). By now 86 scholarships have been provided to 48 adolescents.
