VOICES Study Project – This was a pilot project for one year from Dec 2013 – Nov 2014 with the financial andtechnical support from National Health System Resources (NHSRC), New Delhi and Public Health Foundation of India. It was implemented in 50 villages of Laxmangarh Taluka, Alwar District. Under this project:

• 50 VHSNCs were strengthened through training and community participation
• Successful dissemination led to a district level campaign.
• There was 100% utilization of untied fund in 50 villages.
